Design, Implement, & Manage internal organizational leadership development programs. These programs are tiered at the Entry, Mid, and Executive levels to ensure they deliver the appropriate content.

OCCUPATION CERTIFICATES

The purpose of these certificate programs is to close the gap between theoretical classroom learning and real-world leadership requirements.  Aligned to an academic model, these certificate programs meet 3 hours per week for 12-16 weeks. Their content covers leadership requirements at the entry-level leadership tier while also addressing industry-specific leadership challenges.

KICKOFFS

Targeted at achieving a specific level of the knowledge across the Awareness→ Familiarity→ Proficiency→ Mastery continuum.  Participants leave the Kick Offs with not only the targeted level of leadership knowledge, but also have a vision and identified development path to the next level.

Targeted Knowledge Levels include:

LEADERSHIP CADRES

9-month programs that cover the Courageous Leadership landscape with sustained groups of 25-30 select individuals.  In addition to the 9 months of education & training, the Cadres develop a strong bond that survives well past the period of engagement.  Participants meet once monthly for a full day focused on 1-2 leadership topics per session.  Guest speakers from within the organization and external to the organization communicate their leadership experiences and subject matter expert insights.
