Are you a first-time leader?  Are you leading projects?  Programs? Teams? Organizations?  If so, this webinar is designed specifically for YOU. This engaging, thought-provoking and practical webinar series offers you a succinct and inspiring framework for enhancing the leadership knowledge, skills, willingness, abilities, experiences (KSWA&E) you already possess – with the ultimate objective to transform the way you think, lead, & live!

This program is divided into 12 weekly, one-hour webinars that will enable you to quickly learn, accept and develop the potentially life-changing philosophy of courageous leadership.  As a First-Time Leader, you will-

  • Learn what it means to be a courageous leader in today’s world;

  • Identify and begin achieving your lifetime professional and personal goals;

  • Develop the courage to successfully lead your projects, programs, teams and organizations;

  • Develop the courage needed to effectively address the leadership challenges that you currently face; and

  • Gain new perspectives on issues that impact your professional and personal lives (i.e., effectively balancing work, family & self).

We use examples from decades of personal experiences and illustrations from famous leaders to teach and demonstrate the following courageous characteristics:

  • Principled;

  • Technically, Cognitively & Emotionally Aligned;

  • Work, Family, & Self Balanced;

  • Visionary;

  • Humble;

  • Powerful;

  • Bold;

  • Driven;

  • Charismatic; and

  • Unreasonable.

Each courageous characteristic is methodically explained and then developed through journaling, semi-structured conversations, mentoring, & self-assessments.  For example, each week you will seek advice, information & referrals from a mentor.  You will also speak with the significant people in your life who will help shape your leadership journey.  And you will seek out and speak with inspirational leaders from your personal and professional networks.  To assist in these developmental engagements, we provide specific advice and questions that may be used for these critical discussions.

Any person, team or organization can adopt these courageous characteristics to identify and achieve their goals.  You will be transformed and you will achieve significant results relatively quickly if you do the work and accept the accompanying roles and responsibilities.  Become the Courageous Leader you know is within you to identify and achieve YOUR lifetime goals!

NOW is the time to begin your journey!

Come along with us to become a Courageous Leader who effectively identifies & achieves YOUR lifetime goals!
